What Handwrytten charges

Handwrytten Pro is $449 a month on Pay Monthly or $374 a month on Pay Annually, plus $1.99 a card, and postage is billed on top at the current USPS rate. Its pricing page says cards retail at $3.75, while its FAQ says pricing starts at $3.25. Thanks.io vs Handwrytten sets out both.

Take a home services contractor sending 50 review-request notes a month. The Pro plan fee of $449 a month comes before the first card, and each card then adds $1.99 plus postage.

Handwritten cards priced per card or pack: Simply Noted, Scribeless and Cardly

Simply Noted says its robots write each card with a real ballpoint pen. A 100-credit pack is $362.00 with postage inside, since a credit is $2.80 before $0.82 a card of postage. Unlimited is $497 a month flat plus $0.99 a note and postage. The 100-card pack covers two months of the contractor's 50 notes, and credits expire after 12 months.

Scribeless and Cardly price per item. In Scribeless's US-dollar view, a direct mail with envelope item is $1.99 for 1 to 499 items with stamps excluded and $2.81 with US stamps included. Its feature list says domestic postage is included, so read the switch position beside each figure. Scribeless describes handwriting styles and does not say whether a pen writes them.

Cardly's US view shows $3.60 a card with postage for 1 to 49 cards and $3.20 for 50 to 249. Without postage it shows $2.78 and $2.38, and its postage line is $0.82. Cardly says it makes typed text look like real handwriting.

Handwriting-style script: Thanks.io

Thanks.io's help center says it uses no real pens or human handwriters, and a digital rendering engine produces the script. A notecard is $3.04 on Pay as you go, which has no monthly fee and mails First Class per its help center, and $1.83 on Business at $49 a month, a Standard Mail rate. Postage is inside both, and the order screen shows the final price.

For the contractor's 50 notes, Business costs less than Pay as you go on notecards, whose break-even is about 41 a month at the list rates and 49 with First Class on both plans. Fifty 6x9 postcards, which can carry the script or a standard font, cost less on Pay as you go, since the 6x9 break-even is about 67 to 72 a month.

A handwritten card beside postcards: PostPilot

PostPilot sells postcards for online stores and adds a handwritten card. Growth is $99 a month billed monthly, with postcards from 68 cents, postage included, and a handwritten card at $2.99. Pro is $499 a month, and its handwritten card is $1.89. PostPilot's FAQ says robots write the card with real pens and ink. Its pages do not say whether postage is inside the handwritten card price.

Thanks.io's way in is the $0 Pay as you go plan plus free samples; Simply Noted, Scribeless and Cardly also offer a free sample. Compare more services in best handwritten note service for business, or read Handwrytten vs Simply Noted.
