Try Thanks.io →What a card costs once postage is counted
A Thanks.io rate includes postage. Pay as you go mails First Class, per its help center, and the Business rate is a Standard Mail rate, which applies once Standard Mail is switched on or picked for a send. A notecard is a folded card, about 5.5 by 4.25 inches closed. The order screen shows the final price before you pay.
Simply Noted prices a credit before postage. In its 100-credit pack a credit is $2.80, and the $362.00 total adds $0.82 a card of postage.

Simply Noted's pages differ on postage, the refund window and tracking, so each figure here names its page. Best handwritten note service for business sets it beside other services.
Credits, expiry and minimums
Simply Noted credits expire after 12 months, and its refund policy calls expired credits non-refundable and non-transferable. It sets no minimum order, so one card can go out at a time, and its plans page says there are no contracts.
Thanks.io has no minimum either. Its terms call purchased credits non-refundable, and its pricing page says they never expire. The $10 signup credit lasts 90 days and covers printing costs only.
Guarantees and tracking
Simply Noted's guarantee page gives 30 days from purchase. Its refund policy gives 15 days, only for items not yet shipped or processed, and will not take back personalized items. On tracking, its plan card lists it, while its FAQ, citing Forever Stamps, and its guarantee page say there is none once USPS has the card.
Thanks.io gives no refund for unused services. Its terms allow a one-time courtesy refund, at its discretion, shortly after a renewal. Thanks.io says piece-level USPS tracking comes with First Class only, so a Standard Mail piece has none.
Who should pick which
