Client accounts on Thanks.io Business

Thanks.io's help center says sub-accounts come with Business and that all sub-account charges roll up to the parent account's payment method. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Thanks.io offers white-label and volume arrangements to agencies on request and publishes no price for them.

Business is $49 a month, and a 4x6 postcard is $0.77 at Standard Mail. It adds Zapier, Make and Integrately connections, webhooks, QR tracking and API and automation consultations. Professional is $199 a month and adds a dedicated success manager. The Thanks.io Business plan page has the full list.

Thanks.io says it is not HIPAA compliant and signs no business associate agreements, so patient data stays out of it.

White label: Postalytics Agency Edition

Postalytics lists an Agency Edition option with white label and multi-client on its Pro and Agency plan, $399 a month, billed monthly. On that plan a 4x6 postcard is $0.821 at First Class for 0 to 2,499 pieces, with printing, postage and paper included. Marketer is $199 a month with the same postcard at $0.941.

Postalytics sells higher volume and annual pricing through its sales team, and its tables list 4x6 only at First Class. Triggered drips use direct mail credits bought in blocks of at least 100. Postalytics alternatives compares it with other tools.

Seats and volume: Lob and PostGrid

Lob counts users on its plans. Startup is from $260 a month with 3 users and up to 75,000 mailings a year, and Growth is from $550 a month with 5 users and up to 150,000. Lob bills its print and postage rate beside the plan fee.

PostGrid's Starter is $0 a month with 1 user, 10 templates and up to 500 mailings a month, and its Enterprise plan is by quote. Lob and PostGrid each list HIPAA-compliant mailing on their Enterprise tiers.

Pen-written notes at agency volume: Handwrytten Agency

Handwrytten's top plan is named Agency: $2499 a month on Pay Monthly or $2082 a month on Pay Annually, plus $1.19 a card, with a Contact Us button. Postage is billed on top at the current USPS rate. Handwrytten says its robots hold real pens, and its business plans include API access, QR code tracking and multistep campaigns.

Pick Thanks.io Business for client sub-accounts on one bill, Postalytics for a white-label edition of printed postcards, Lob for plans with 3 or 5 users, PostGrid for one user at $0 and Handwrytten Agency for pen-written cards. An agency can test client work on Pay as you go at $0 a month, though sub-accounts come with Business. See also best direct mail automation software.
